Overview
We are looking for a BI Analyst with experience in data analytics, preferably in HR, to provide effective analytical solutions and support recruitment reporting.
Responsibilities
- •Deeply understand the business context of stakeholders, business processes, and data sources to propose effective analytical solutions at optimal cost and minimal risk.
- •Develop and maintain recruitment reports, including migration to SuperSet.
- •Aggregate data for analysis, seek dependencies, formulate and test hypotheses, and provide conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis.
- •Collect data for benchmarking participation.
- •Analyze the quality of HR data and develop evaluation criteria.
- •Work on methodologies for metric calculations.
- •If necessary, set tasks for automation: improvements to business systems, integrations, DWH.
- •Generate reports and analytics for ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
- •At least two years of experience in data analytics; HR experience is a plus.
- •Skills in building reports in Power BI, SuperSet.
- •Proficient in SQL: complex and optimized queries — window functions, procedures, joins, apply, indexes.
- •Knowledge of mathematical statistics, proficiency in forecasting methods and hypothesis testing.
- •Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, LEN, etc., ability to create pivot tables, charts, transform data, and use Power Query, Power Pivot add-ins.
- •Knowledge of Python at a level necessary for solving analytical tasks.
