Responsibilities

  • Achieve product financial metrics by improving the end-to-end customer journey from the website to payment and product activation.
  • Analyze market segments and direct/indirect competitors.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of the unique selling proposition (USP) and unique customer proposition (UCP).
  • Identify growth points: formulate and test hypotheses.
  • Manage the roadmap: decompose product goals into team tasks, prioritize, control timelines and quality, evaluate effectiveness.
  • Manage the metrics tree, analyze dynamics, and justify decisions with data.
  • Manage processes and build communication with development, marketing, sales, and technical support teams. Manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience as a product manager, product owner, or growth product manager in IT product development for at least five years.
  • Experience with products serving over 500,000 clients in the micro and small business segment.
  • Ability and readiness to manage the product: lead the process, manage teams outside direct subordination to achieve product goals.
  • Experience applying activation mechanics in both free and paid product versions.
  • Skills in target audience segmentation and identifying key segments.
  • Ability to conduct research, validate data, draw conclusions, and formulate hypotheses.
  • Experience working effectively with metrics and understanding their impact on the product.
  • Confident communication skills: ability to negotiate with the team and decision-makers up to top management, argue positions, and present complex solutions clearly and concisely.
