• •Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
• •Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)
• •Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
• •Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
• •Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies
• •Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
• •Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
• •Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations
