Overview

Responsibilities
- •Model business processes as is / to be in BPMN notation
- •Determine relationships between adjacent systems and assess their mutual influence
- •Manage the full cycle of requirements: identification, validation, change management
- •Identify areas for improvement, formulate and defend product development proposals
- •Write clear BFT and product documentation: user stories, integration and interface requirements
- •Participate in backlog management with the product manager
- •Maintain the team's knowledge base, document processes and decisions
- •Prepare analytics and recommendations when launching new features and projects
Requirements
- •Proficient in modeling business processes in BPMN notation - practical experience is mandatory
- •Experience with the full cycle of requirements: identification, validation, change management
- •Systematic thinking: able to find solutions where there are no ready answers, considering the task from different angles
- •Ability to negotiate with technical specialists, HR business, and adjacent teams, and to argue your position
- •Possess an analytical mindset
- •Experience with HR platforms or document management systems
