Overview
Join Plata as a Junior Business Analyst in the PyMe Acquisition Team, focusing on website and digital client acquisition. Drive development, analyze client journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize acquisition funnels. We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join our PyMe Acquisition Team. PyMe Acquisition Team is responsible for building and scaling client acquisition channels. We work at the intersection of Product, Operations, and Growth, transforming early-stage ideas into scalable, data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- •Own the website and Digital acquisition channel as your primary product area, driving development from hypothesis to delivery.
- •Analyze and improve the client journey across our web pages — landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels.
- •Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements, translating them into clear specifications and development tasks.
- •Research user workflows, identify pain points, and propose improvements to web interfaces and business processes.
- •Define product metrics and KPIs, analyze channel performance, run experiments, and validate hypotheses using data.
- •Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, and Data teams throughout the delivery process.
- •Improve onboarding experiences, increase channel adoption, reduce churn, and optimize acquisition funnels.
- •Support other acquisition channels as secondary priorities, contributing to a unified view of client acquisition.

Requirements
- •1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within a product company.
- •Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and transform them into clear business requirements.
- •Understanding of web funnels and conversion, with hands-on experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, or similar).
- •Experience writing specifications and supporting feature implementation throughout the delivery process.
- •Basic technical background with hands-on experience writing SQL queries and working with analytical data.
- •Ownership mindset with a proactive and structured approach to problem solving.
- •Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- •B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
