What you'll do

- β’Source and structure JV opportunities that provide strategic market entries or localized technological advantages
- β’Lead the "LatAm Frontier" strategy by expanding the companyβs footprint into Social Gaming, eSports, and Digital Entertainment
- β’Assist in identifying potential regional acquisition targets that align with long-term scaling objectives
- β’Lead the end-to-end process of acquiring relevant market access licenses for our B2C business interests in key LatAm markets
- β’Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all new ventures meet national and local requirements

- β’Act as the primary face of the company at major industry conferences and private networking events to build a powerful regional ecosystem
