What you'll do
- •Search, attract, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IB) and affiliates
- •Build and develop long-term relationships with partners
- •Support IB partners, conduct training, and provide marketing materials
- •Achieve KPIs for the number of active IBs and trading volume
- •Monitor partner effectiveness and compliance with internal company policies
- •Collaborate with Team Leader on strategy and market analysis
