Overview

We are developing the affiliate direction in the PDL vertical and looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our partner network and attract new traffic sources.

Responsibilities

  • •Search, attract, and connect new partners
  • •Develop the current partner base and increase traffic volumes
  • •Purchase and sell traffic through partner and direct agreements
  • •Negotiate rates, terms, and volumes
  • •Analyze traffic quality and key performance metrics
  • •Optimize acquisition costs and increase ROI
  • •Monitor the market, competitors, and new traffic sources
  • •Participate in the development of the affiliate strategy

Requirements

  • •Experience in Affiliate / Business Development / Traffic Acquisition / Sales from 1–2 years
  • •Negotiation skills and partner relationship development
  • •Understanding of traffic sources and monetization logic
  • •Proactivity, independence, and results orientation
  • •Experience in the CIS GEO

Preferred

  • •Understanding of CPA/CPL models and performance marketing
  • •Experience in digital / fintech / lead generation is a plus
  • •Having a partner base
