Overview
We are developing the affiliate direction in the PDL vertical and looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our partner network and attract new traffic sources.
Responsibilities
- ā¢Search, attract, and connect new partners
- ā¢Develop the current partner base and increase traffic volumes
- ā¢Purchase and sell traffic through partner and direct agreements
- ā¢Negotiate rates, terms, and volumes
- ā¢Analyze traffic quality and key performance metrics
- ā¢Optimize acquisition costs and increase ROI
- ā¢Monitor the market, competitors, and new traffic sources
- ā¢Participate in the development of the affiliate strategy
Requirements
- ā¢Experience in Affiliate / Business Development / Traffic Acquisition / Sales from 1ā2 years
- ā¢Negotiation skills and partner relationship development
- ā¢Understanding of traffic sources and monetization logic
- ā¢Proactivity, independence, and results orientation
- ā¢Experience in the CIS GEO
Preferred
- ā¢Understanding of CPA/CPL models and performance marketing
- ā¢Experience in digital / fintech / lead generation is a plus
- ā¢Having a partner base
