What You'll Do
- β’Own end-to-end B2B client onboarding, from initial engagement and contract execution through technical integration, operational readiness, and go-live.
- β’Serve as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients, including brokers, FCMs, introducing brokers, and other market participants.
- β’Coordinate contract listing, account setup, credentialing, and related operational processes in partnership with legal, compliance, product, and technology, to deliver a seamless and scalable client experience.
- β’Identify onboarding bottlenecks, design pragmatic solutions, and drive execution from recommendation through implementation.

- β’Track and report onboarding pipeline status, client health, operational risks, and KPIs to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- β’Represent OG Broker in client-facing discussions, including navigating negotiations, resolving issues, and prioritizing conversations with sound judgement and credibility. Build strong client relationships, anticipate operational risks, and resolve issues before they escalate.
- β’Lead cross-functional special projects that do not sit neatly within one function, translating business objectives into clear project plans, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
Benefits
- β’Competitive salary.
- β’Attractive annual leave entitlement including: birthday, work anniversary.
- β’401(k) plan with employer match.
- β’Eligible for company-sponsored group health, dental, vision, and life/disability insurance.

Preferred Experience
- β’Valid NFA Series 3 license required (or ability to successfully obtain within 90 days of start date).
- β’5+ years of experience in business operations, client onboarding, implementation, or strategic operations, ideally within fintech, regulated financial markets, derivatives, exchanges, or clearing.
- β’Experience at a top-tier management consultancy is a huge plus. We value candidates who can diagnose problems, structure ambiguity, and redesign systems rather than simply execute tasks.
- β’Implementation consulting or enterprise client launch experience, ideally leading complex multi-stakeholder rollouts, for institutional clients is a strong plus.
- β’Direct exposure to institutional clients is required.
- β’Experience with CFTC-regulated entities, including CME, derivatives exchanges, clearing houses, futures commission merchants (FCMs), introducing brokers, swap dealers or other comparable regulated market structures is highly valued.
- β’Deep knowledge of prediction market contracts, UpDown options, Strike Options, margined derivatives, perpetuals, or similar products across multiple asset classes is a strong plus.
- β’Fintech experience is required, ideally at a high growth or category leading fintech operator. Crypto or digital assets experience is welcome and viewed favorably.
Preferred Skills
- β’Exceptional stakeholder management, with the ability to align cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and create accountability without formal authority.
- β’Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the presence to represent Nadex credibly with sophisticated institutional clients.
- β’Analytically rigorous and systems-oriented, with a strong ability to identify root causes, build frameworks, and design scalable operating models.
- β’Strong project management discipline, including clear ownership, milestone tracking, risk identification, blocker escalation, and follow-through.
- β’Sound business judgment and the ability to push back strategically while preserving client relationships and protecting the business.
- β’Agentic workflow management experience is a strong plus, including the ability to translate complex business processes into modular, step-by-step workflows where specialized agents or tools can coordinate, review, and hand off work autonomously.
- β’Continuous improvement mindset; you are energized by making complex processes clearer, faster, and more reliable.
- β’Collaborative, direct, low-ego, and highly accountable.
- β’Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lean environment where you may need to build the playbook while executing.
