Responsibilities
- •Converse with customers within the chat rooms, bringing entertainment through creativity, flare and out the box.
- •Ensure that you cover the priority rooms and provide appropriate cover across the site by following the clubs and rooms rota on a shift-by-shift basis.
- •Cover un-hosted rooms at short notice if required or requested to by Supervisors or team members.

Qualifications
- •High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, bachelor's degree, any field.
- •At least 6 Months Customer Service experience.
- •Online chat room experience environment.
