Key Responsibilities
- •Partnering with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and challenge
- •Leading budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting activities
- •Analysing performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and making a meaningful impact
- •Supporting cost optimisation initiatives and commercial decision-making
- •Translating complex financial information into clear recommendations
- •Delivering reporting and insights that improve business performance

Qualifications
- •Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting
- •Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience
- •The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at different levels
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
- •A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or be actively working towards one
