- •Be responsible for key business metrics: ROAS, cohort payback, traffic volume and quality, FTD, conversions, and user acquisition efficiency.
- •Scale products in international markets.
- •Manage the marketing budget and ensure its maximum efficiency.
- •Form and develop the marketing team: Performance, Affiliate, Influencer Marketing, Creative, Content.
- •Build processes within the department, define areas of responsibility, and develop team competencies.
- •Work closely with Product, Analytics, and other departments.
- •Develop product positioning and strengthen the company brand.
- •Seek new growth channels and scale existing ones.
