What you'll do
What You'll Do: As the Civil Structural Architectural Project Manager at Galaxy’s Helios campus in Afton, TX, serve as the primary owner of CSA project execution and will coordinate closely with the general contractor and CSA trade partners to deliver a world-class mission-critical facility. CSA Project Managers on hyperscale data center projects oversee site preparation, foundations, concrete, steel structures, building envelope systems, roofing, and architectural fit-out while managing the general contractor and subcontractors to maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
Project Leadership & Delivery
- •Lead all CSA construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- •Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for CSA work packages.
- •Develop and execute construction strategies to meet project milestones.
- •Drive project performance through proactive planning and issue resolution.
- •Ensure successful delivery from groundbreaking through substantial completion and handover.
Civil & Structural Management
- •Oversee earthwork, grading, utilities, drainage, roads, and site infrastructure.
- •Manage foundation systems, concrete works, structural steel erection, and related structural packages.
- •Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- •Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and engineering requirements.
Architectural Management
- •Manage building envelope systems including roofing, cladding, waterproofing, doors, windows, and finishes.
- •Coordinate architectural fit-out activities and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
- •Monitor installation quality and adherence to design specifications.
Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination
- •Lead and manage CSA subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and field teams.
- •Coordinate interfaces between CSA, MEP, commissioning, and client representatives.
- •Chair project meetings and communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
- •Resolve design, constructability, and execution challenges in a fast-paced construction environment.
Commercial & Financial Management
- •Develop and manage CSA budgets and forecasts.
- •Review change orders, subcontractor pay applications, and cost reports.
- •Monitor productivity, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement value engineering initiatives.
- •Support procurement planning for long-lead materials and specialty trade packages.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- •Champion Galaxy's safety-first culture and ensure zero-harm execution.
- •Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, project safety requirements, and company standards.
- •Lead quality inspections, punch list management, and turnover processes.
- •Drive continuous improvement initiatives across construction operations.
Commissioning & Handover
- •Support integrated systems testing and commissioning activities.
- •Manage CSA closeout documentation, warranties, as-builts, and turnover packages.
- •Ensure successful client acceptance and project handover.

What We're Looking For
- •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- •5+ years managing CSA scopes on large-scale industrial, mission-critical, semiconductor, manufacturing, or data center projects.
- •Deep understanding of construction delivery models, risk management, and vendor oversight.
- •Proven success managing and coordinating commissioning efforts.
- •Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Project, and SharePoint.
- •PMP, LEED, or related certifications preferred.
- •Experience delivering at least one project exceeding $200M construction value.
