What You'll Do
- •Own a portfolio of high-volume traders and take accountability for their trading, satisfaction, and retention
- •Acquire new high-volume traders through direct outreach, referrals, and targeted initiatives, then convert them into active platform participants
- •Reactivate dormant traders by identifying blockers and targeting based on various initiatives
- •Resolve friction points quickly and act as the bridge between traders and our product, operations, and leadership teams
- •Surface feedback from your portfolio to internal teams and advocate for improvements that benefit our customers

What We're Looking For
- •4+ years in sales, relationship management, trading desk support, customer success, or similar role with direct performance accountability
- •Comfortable with high-volume outbound and inbound communication via text, calls, and DMs
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to build trust quickly and follow through reliably
- •Highly organized and self-directed approach to managing a book of clients without needing detailed playbooks
- •Results-driven mindset focused on outcomes rather than activity metrics
- •(Plus) Background in prediction markets, sports betting, or trading
- •(Plus) Experience in crypto or web3 industry
- •(Plus) Previously owned and managed a book of high-volume trading clients
