What You'll Do
- •Build a world class platform for fiat and crypto money movement in and out of Polymarket - powering billions of dollars in annualized volume
- •Build and maintain our payments roadmap, prioritizing features that increase engagement and reduce costs
- •Manage relationships with payment service providers and evaluate new vendor partnerships through RFPs
- •Optimize end-to-end deposit and withdrawal conversion rates through A/B testing and data analysis
- •Implement machine learning models to personalize checkout experiences based on user behavior and payment history
- •Respond to payment outages and technical issues alongside engineering teams, including off-hours support
- •Analyze payment data to identify friction points and authorization rate improvements
- •Collaborate with engineering to integrate new payment methods and maintain existing infrastructure

What We're Looking For
- •3+ years of product management experience with merchant-side payments, including work with PSPs like Stripe, Adyen, or Checkout.com
- •Track record of optimizing payment conversion rates and authorization rates using data analysis
- •Experience in fast-paced environments where payment issues require immediate response
- •Strong analytics skills and ability to design and interpret A/B tests
- •Ability to manage vendor relationships and participate in payment provider RFPs
- •Experience with machine learning applications in payments or checkout optimization
- •(Plus) Gaming or crypto merchant experience
