What You'll Do
- •Design and execute API integration plans with ISVs, IBs, FCMs, and market makers
- •Troubleshoot technical issues for institutional trading clients and resolve them quickly
- •Build relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations
- •Coordinate product enhancement requests between partners and our engineering teams
- •Develop a scalable playbook for onboarding new embedded partners
- •Track partnership performance and identify growth opportunities
- •Scale the solutions function by hiring and managing a team as the pipeline expands

What We're Looking For
- •5+ years in technical partnerships
- •Comfort building a function from zero to one at a high-growth company
- •Strong technical background with financial APIs and trading infrastructure
- •Proven track record managing B2B relationships that drive measurable growth
- •Hands-on experience with API integrations, debugging, and technical troubleshooting
- •Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- •(Plus) Experience building and scaling teams
- •(Plus) Background in crypto or prediction markets
- •(Plus) Existing relationships with FCMs or market makers
- •(Plus) Previous solutions engineering or technical partnerships experience
