- •Translate community sentiment into clear, structured reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- •Communicate effectively in high-visibility and complex situations, including interactions with content creators and community leaders.
- •Represent the product in live and high-visibility formats, including livestreams, presentations, or community events, with clear and confident communication.
- •Drive engagement through discussions, initiatives, and community-led activities.
- •Identify and support key community contributors and creators.
- •Monitor, analyze, and report on community KPIs and sentiment trends.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and execution of publishing plans.
- •Proactively support a constructive and engaged community environment.
