What you will work on
- •Write and produce engaging, high-quality copy across all CRM and marketing channels, including newsletters, landing pages, push notifications, promos, and inbox messages.
- •Develop and adapt related content for multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent and clear brand voice.
- •Create, manage, and execute promotional campaigns, bonuses, and tournaments from start to finish, strictly following the editorial calendar.
- •Ensure accurate CRM campaign execution, minimizing operational risks through meticulous checking of configurations and setups.
- •Coordinate campaign assets with the Design team, providing clear and concise briefs to ensure timely delivery of appropriate artwork.
- •Collaborate closely with cross-functional and local teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and smooth day-to-day operations.
- •Keep website content accurate, optimized, and up to date, ensuring all site sections are regularly refreshed with the latest information.
- •Contribute to style guidelines and best practices, suggesting improvements to maintain strict content consistency across all touchpoints.

What you bring
- •Native Portuguese speaker or equivalent fluency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- •Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
- •Proven experience in content writing or copywriting, ideally within sports betting, sports journalism, or the online gaming industry.
- •Experience with CRM campaigns, promotions, or bonus setups is considered a strong advantage.
- •A keen interest in or familiarity with Online Gaming products (Sportsbook & Casino) is essential.
- •Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized personality, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and meet crucial deadlines.
- •Tech-savvy, with familiarity in Microsoft Office, CMS, localization tools, and general AI productivity tools.
