Overview
We are looking for a Content Lead / Content Manager to take control of content, manage plans, prepare materials, engage the audience, and directly influence conversion growth.
Responsibilities
- •Create a content plan and manage Telegram channels
- •Prepare posts, case studies, reviews, creatives, and other formats
- •Work with existing templates and AI tools
- •Search for and adapt donor content while maintaining uniqueness and project style
- •Test topics, hooks, CTAs, and engagement mechanics
- •Analyze which content leads to inquiries in DMs
- •Collect objections and questions from sales and turn them into content
- •Ensure content quality, publication regularity, and adherence to the content plan
- •Weekly report: results, conclusions, next hypotheses
Conditions
- •Remote, 5/2
- •Ready templates, AI tools, all necessary infrastructure, paid vacation, and sick leave
- •Fixed $800–1,200 at start + KPI bonus
- •Growth to Team Lead / Head of Content based on results
- •Signing NDA
Requirements
- •Experience as Head of Content / Team Lead / Content Manager for 1-2 years
- •Mandatory experience in crypto, trading, finance, or investment projects
- •Proven cases, portfolio, or links to projects
- •Deep understanding of Telegram: channels, groups, bots, welcome mechanics, and content funnels
- •Understanding how content influences warming, trust, retention, inquiries in DMs, and conversion
- •Ability to work with key metrics: reach, engagement, and conversions through the funnel
- •Experience in content creation: posts, videos, circles, creatives, case studies, and reviews
- •Proficient written English
- •Confident use of AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar
