Content Lead Manager (AI Infrastructure / International Tech)

Aurora Labs is seeking a Content Lead Manager to develop and manage content strategies across key channels, focusing on AI and Web3 technologies. The role involves building a content team and creating engaging narratives. We are Aurora Labs, an international AI studio that creates and develops large-scale tech projects at the intersection of artificial intelligence and Web3 infrastructure for investors and the B2B market.

• •Launching and building a unified content strategy for key channels: Instagram, Telegram, Twitter (X), YouTube.
• •Developing a unique media image and Tone of Voice (ToV) across all key channels and content strategies for each platform.
• •Managing the visual team: setting tasks and quality control of the team's work: company speakers, designers, editors, content creators.
• •Scriptwriting: writing strong, persuasive scripts and speeches in English for our speakers.
• •Scaling: collaborating with the hiring department, selecting and onboarding assistants/content creators as paid traffic and integrations grow.
• •Community management: moderating comments and responding in comments and DMs.
