Key Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day content operations across provider portfolio
  • Manage release, pre-release, branded release, reskin, and deactivation workflows
  • Perform content uploads and platform updates
  • Validate metadata, game descriptions, demos, icons, and promotional assets
  • Maintain release calendars and content tracking systems
  • Monitor release deadlines and escalate delays
  • Ensure content consistency and portfolio accuracy
  • Identify content gaps and initiate corrective actions
  • Standardize content structures and workflows
  • Coordinate provider content readiness with Partnership Managers
  • Prepare content information for client-facing communications
  • Drive automation and process optimization initiatives

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Content Operations, Release Operations, Platform Administration, or similar roles
  • Experience working with high-volume content workflows
  • Experience with structured operational processes
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with CMS, admin panels, or internal platform systems
  • Jira and Confluence experience
  • English B2+ or higher
  • Russian — Native

  • Experience in iGaming industry
