Responsibilities
- •Manage the day-to-day running of the Singapore office, including vendors, compliance and health & safety
- •Coordinate supplies, refreshments and tech equipment with internal teams
- •Welcome visitors and new joiners, setting a professional and friendly tone
- •Manage deliveries, shipping and travel arrangements for the Singapore office
- •Organise team socials and support the delivery of client and marketing events
- •Support leadership with diary management, meetings and travel
- •Organise Board meetings and help improve internal admin processes

- •Confident using Google Workspace
- •Experience managing office logistics across regions is a plus
