Responsibilities

  • β€’Own end-to-end payroll across UK, US, Singapore, Switzerland, Portugal, UAE, Cayman Islands and Spain
  • β€’Manage starters, leavers and backpay accurately and on time
  • β€’Review monthly payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies with our provider
  • β€’Calculate pay correctly across hours, tax, national insurance, benefits and leave
  • β€’Resolve employee payroll queries directly
  • β€’Lead year-end close across all entities

Your Profile

  • β€’3+ years in payroll, ideally within financial services or a multinational organisation
  • β€’Strong UK and US payroll knowledge; international experience a plus
  • β€’A self-starter who can manage competing priorities with minimal oversight
  • β€’Confident in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Confluence, Jira, HiBob or Cloudpay is a bonus
  • β€’Clear communicator, fluent in English, comfortable working across a multicultural, international team
