Responsibilities
- •Own end-to-end payroll across UK, US, Singapore, Switzerland, Portugal, UAE, Cayman Islands and Spain
- •Manage starters, leavers and backpay accurately and on time
- •Review monthly payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies with our provider
- •Calculate pay correctly across hours, tax, national insurance, benefits and leave
- •Resolve employee payroll queries directly
- •Lead year-end close across all entities

Your Profile
- •3+ years in payroll, ideally within financial services or a multinational organisation
- •Strong UK and US payroll knowledge; international experience a plus
- •A self-starter who can manage competing priorities with minimal oversight
- •Confident in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Confluence, Jira, HiBob or Cloudpay is a bonus
- •Clear communicator, fluent in English, comfortable working across a multicultural, international team
