We are looking for a Country Manager for Australia/Canada to develop market growth strategies and manage local operations.

Responsibilities

  • β€’Take responsibility for the region’s P&L and key business metrics.
  • β€’Adapt the product to local market specifics (user behavior, payments, promotions, UX).
  • β€’Manage marketing activities and channel performance (including affiliates).
  • β€’Collaborate with different teams Retention / CRM / VIP.
  • β€’Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage business risks.
  • β€’Analyze the market, competitors, and user insights.
  • β€’Coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Payments, Anti-Fraud, Support).
  • β€’Initiate and launch new ideas, tests, and market hypotheses.

Requirements

  • β€’Experience working as a Country Manager in iGaming.
  • β€’Deep understanding of the local market, culture, and user behavior.
  • β€’Experience with marketing, product, and retention processes.
  • β€’Ability to work with metrics, analytics, and P&L.
  • β€’Strong communication and management skills.
  • β€’English level: B2+.
  • β€’Knowledge of the local language.
  • β€’Self-driven and results-oriented.
