Overview
We are looking for a strong hands-on Team Lead for CRM Retention to build a systematic revenue channel that increases player engagement and profitability.
What you'll do
- ā¢Manage the CRM-retention direction and be responsible for its results;
- ā¢Lead current retention team members;
- ā¢Evaluate team effectiveness, revise roles, and hire new people if necessary;
- ā¢Build and improve CRM chains: email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels;
- ā¢Work with player segments: registered no FTD, FTD no Dep 2, inactive, loyal, VIP, bonus hunters, high-value players;
- ā¢Launch reactivation, welcome, loyalty, and personalized campaigns;
- ā¢Improve redeposit, Dep 2 / Dep 3 rate, retention, LTV, ARPPU, and NGR metrics;
- ā¢Analyze tables, funnels, player behavior, and campaign effectiveness;
- ā¢Quickly test hypotheses and make data-driven decisions;
- ā¢Prepare reports on retention results;
- ā¢Interact with support, VIP, product, risk, and traffic teams;
- ā¢Prove your decisions with numbers, logic, and results.
