What you'll do
- •Manage the CRM retention direction and its results;
- •Lead and develop a small team;
- •Build and optimize CRM chains (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.);
- •Work with segments: new users, FTD, inactive, VIP, high-value, bonus hunters;
- •Launch welcome/loyalty/reactivation/personal campaigns;
- •Grow key metrics: redeposit, Dep2/Dep3, LTV, ARPPU, NGR;
- •Analyze data, funnels, and campaign effectiveness;
- •Conduct rapid A/B tests and hypotheses based on data;
- •Reporting and interaction with product, VIP, support, risk, and traffic.
