What you'll do
- •Maintain CRM data quality through regular audits and database management
- •Build and optimize CRM automations, workflows, triggers, and routing rules
- •Configure lead assignment logic and sales pipeline structures
- •Manage CRM imports, exports, data migrations, and system updates
- •Create reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
- •Support integrations between CRM, marketing platforms, and communication tools
- •Collaborate with Sales and Business Units to improve operational efficiency
- •Document processes and provide day-to-day CRM support
- •CRM quality control across all sales teams
