What you'll do

  • โ€ขMaintain CRM data quality through regular audits and database management
  • โ€ขBuild and optimize CRM automations, workflows, triggers, and routing rules
  • โ€ขConfigure lead assignment logic and sales pipeline structures
  • โ€ขManage CRM imports, exports, data migrations, and system updates
  • โ€ขCreate reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
  • โ€ขSupport integrations between CRM, marketing platforms, and communication tools
  • โ€ขCollaborate with Sales and Business Units to improve operational efficiency
