What you'll do
- โขMaintain CRM data quality through regular audits and database management
- โขBuild and optimize CRM automations, workflows, triggers, and routing rules
- โขConfigure lead assignment logic and sales pipeline structures
- โขManage CRM imports, exports, data migrations, and system updates
- โขCreate reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
- โขSupport integrations between CRM, marketing platforms, and communication tools
- โขCollaborate with Sales and Business Units to improve operational efficiency
- โขDocument processes and provide day-to-day CRM support
- โขCRM quality control across all sales teams
