What you'll do
- •Develop and scale the company's internal technical infrastructure;
- •Design and implement internal services, automation tools, and corporate systems;
- •Audit existing technical solutions and propose improvements;
- •Manage technical projects from requirements gathering to deployment;
- •Enhance development processes, increasing task execution speed and quality of technical solutions;
- •Coordinate the technical team and ensure effective interaction with internal clients;
- •Participate in forming the technical strategy and defining infrastructure development priorities;
- •Strengthen the team as needed: participate in hiring, developing specialists, and building the department structure.
