Responsibilities
- •Develop and scale the company's internal technical infrastructure;
- •Design and implement internal services, automation tools, and corporate systems;
- •Audit existing technical solutions and propose improvements;
- •Manage technical projects: from requirements gathering to deployment;
- •Enhance development processes, increase task execution speed and quality of technical solutions;
- •Coordinate the technical team's work and establish effective interaction with internal clients;
- •Participate in forming the technical strategy and setting infrastructure development priorities;
- •Strengthen the team if necessary: participate in hiring, developing specialists, and building the department structure.

Requirements
- •Experience in a Tech Lead / CTO position in traffic arbitrage is mandatory;
- •Experience managing a technical team and implementing complex infrastructure projects;
- •Ability to design internal service architecture and make technical decisions considering business scalability;
- •Experience in developing or implementing corporate systems (CRM, ERP, internal services, automation tools, analytical platforms, etc.);
- •Strong project management skills: auditing, prioritization, planning, and implementation control;
- •Experience in establishing development processes, team interaction, and improving technical department efficiency;
- •Understanding of modern approaches to DevOps, cloud infrastructure, security, and fault tolerance;
- •Willingness to take responsibility for the development of the technical direction and propose initiatives that impact business efficiency.
