Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and respond to customer inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and delivery requests.
  • •Manage customer orders from quotation through delivery while ensuring agreed timelines are met.
  • •Generate and maintain accurate shipping documentation and commercial invoices.
  • •Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, including tracking, tracing, and follow-up activities.
  • •Provide customers with shipment updates and delivery information.
  • •Monitor backorders and work with procurement teams when inventory replenishment is required.
  • •Generate freight quotations as needed.
  • •Investigate, manage, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • •Maintain accurate and organized customer records and correspondence.
  • •Collaborate closely with Logistics, Sales, Finance, Production, and Technical Services teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • •Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) and create debit memos when required.
  • •Support additional departmental projects and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • •Previous experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
