What You'll Do
- •Provide technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- •Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, including root cause analysis
- •Perform preventative maintenance and assist with installations and site surveys
- •Serve as the primary customer contact for service-related issues, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
- •Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner
- •Support team members and assist at other locations as needed
- •Travel within the assigned service area and occasionally beyond as business needs require

- •Starting compensation range is $46,530k - $63,975k USD, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on qualifications

What We're Looking For
- •High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
- •1+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing role
- •Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts
- •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- •Comfortable working onsite, using tools, and being on your feet for extended periods
- •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- •Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
