Data Analyst in Programming

Join Foxford as a Data Analyst, focusing on data integration, system analysis, and BI analytics. Work on product analytics and manage projects from start to finish. Foxford is looking for a Data Analyst to integrate infrastructures and conduct system analysis and BI analytics.

• •Participate in the data migration and unification of reports from two products into a single system;
• •Independently build data marts from raw data, identify errors, and configure processes;
• •Maintain reporting code in GitLab;
• •Provide basic reporting for the programming segment.

• •Conduct research and product analytics;
• •Design, support, and evaluate A/B tests, preparing recommendations based on results;
• •Close projects end-to-end — from requirements gathering to final dashboard;
• •Decompose tasks for a 1-3 month horizon, estimate timelines, and manage risks;
• •Work with 7-10 clients: explain business logic and propose alternatives.

• •Strong SQL: ability to independently build data marts from raw data;
• •Experience with any popular BI tool (Superset, Metabase, DataLens) and readiness to quickly learn;
• •System analysis skills: ability to work with raw data, identify errors, and configure processes;
• •Confident use of Git (we use GitLab);
• •Willingness to work with different SQL syntaxes and new tools;
• •Successful experience in closing projects end-to-end — from requirements gathering to results;
• •Project management skills: decomposition, timeline estimation, risk management, ability to push tasks across teams;
• •Experience working with a large number of clients (up to 10) and ability to explain your position convincingly;
• •Desire to dig deeper rather than just completing tasks.
