Overview
Aviasales is looking for a Data Analyst to analyze sales department performance and customer journey, create reports, and participate in sales planning.
Responsibilities
- •Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales department;
- •Analyze the entire customer journey from attracting visitors to purchases and retention;
- •Collect data from various sources, create aggregates, and monitor data quality;
- •Provide the sales team with clear and visual reporting: create dashboards, set alerts, etc.;
- •Proactively monitor metrics: identify deviations and anomalies, suggest new slices, conduct cohort analysis, find growth points, and formulate hypotheses;
- •Participate in sales planning, tracking sales department KPIs, and long-term planning.
Requirements
- •3+ years of experience as a business or data analyst;
- •Proficient in SQL and Excel, basic knowledge of Python;
- •Active use of AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT);
- •Ability to visualize data clearly and work with BI tools;
- •Independence and proactivity: readiness to not only perform incoming tasks but also formulate hypotheses, suggestions, and research directions;
- •Experience interacting with various stakeholders: ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and help clients formulate requests and expectations.
