What you'll do
- •Own the quote-to-order-form workflow: accurate quotes, correct terms, and a clean path from verbal yes to signed and billed
- •Build and run the deal approval and discount matrix, so Account Executives know what they can self-serve and what needs sign-off
- •Be the single point of contact for deal structuring questions that today land on Account Executives mid-deal
- •Partner with Finance and Legal to keep the order-to-cash process clean, controlled, and free of revenue leakage
- •Support usage-based and consumption deals as AI billing rolls out, from how they are quoted through the hand-off to billing
- •Find and remove manual work: automate what can be automated, document what needs to be documented
- •Help us get and stay audit ready by making sure deals are recorded correctly
