Key Responsibilities

โœ”๏ธ Own the end-to-end delivery process for integration-related tasks; โœ”๏ธ Drive tasks from incoming request to production validation and post-release follow-up; โœ”๏ธ Act as the main client contact for delivery-related topics, status updates and follow-up after UAT and PROD deploy; โœ”๏ธ Plan timelines, coordinate handoffs and manage changes in delivery commitments; โœ”๏ธ Track dependencies, process blockers and delivery risks, and escalate when needed; โœ”๏ธ Coordinate delivery across clients, developers, QA, DevOps, Support and external providers; โœ”๏ธ Maintain delivery visibility through reporting, workflow transparency and process improvements.

Job Requirements

โœ”๏ธ 3+ years of experience in Delivery, Project, Operations or Service Delivery roles in a tech or fintech environment; โœ”๏ธ Strong ownership of process, communication and coordination; โœ”๏ธ Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a structured way; โœ”๏ธ Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and strong client-facing communication skills; โœ”๏ธ Good judgment on when to follow up, escalate, organise a sync or involve engineering; โœ”๏ธ Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities; โœ”๏ธ Strong understanding of APIs, payment flows and system integration concepts is a plus; โœ”๏ธ Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar; โœ”๏ธ Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken.
