What you'll do
- •Hire, lead, motivate, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers, conducting 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and career growth planning.
- •Own delivery and coordinated management for the DevOps team, ensuring effective task prioritization, planning, and resource allocation.
- •Collaborate closely with Software Development, QA, Release Management, Security, and Project teams to streamline software delivery, manage dependencies, capacity and align timelines.
- •Report directly to the Head of Infrastructure on team metrics, delivery status and operational SLAs.
