Director of Finance

#### Financial Management

• •Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
• •Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and regulatory requirements.
• •Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and reporting.
• •Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.

#### Budgeting and Forecasting

• •Lead the budgeting process and quarterly forecasting updates.
• •Monitor and analyse budget performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• •Provide detailed financial analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives.

#### Compliance and Strategic Planning

• •Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
• •Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure financial governance.
• •Partner with the executive team to develop and execute long-term financial strategies.
• •Provide financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and strategies.

#### Team Leadership and Stakeholder Communication

• •Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• •Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for finance staff.
• •Manage relationships with external auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
• •Present financial reports and insights to the executive team, board of directors, and investors.
• •Communicate financial performance and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

#### Education and Experience

• •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• •Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• •Proven experience in the technology or blockchain industry is highly desirable.
