What you'll do
- •Collecting, evaluating, reviewing, organizing, and verifying all customer details and corporate documentation in line with internal company procedures.
- •Assisting in carrying out spot checks on customers, in addition to the daily CDD process.
- •Reviewing CDD documentation, focusing on corporate structures and entity types (e.g., LLCs, corporations, partnerships) in North America.
- •Collaborating with colleagues from different teams regarding the status of the due diligence process.
- •Communicating independently and professionally with external clients on all KYC-related matters.
- •Liaising and chasing clients to gather detailed information and supporting documentation.
- •Assessing US and Canada AML compliance requirements as part of the due diligence process.
- •Escalating high-risk or complex cases to senior compliance staff as appropriate.
- •Monitoring the company’s internal due diligence portal and keeping it up-to-date.
- •Undertaking any ad hoc duties as required.
