• •Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for interns and full-time candidates (including PhD), ensuring a smooth, uniform, and top-notch candidate experience.
• •Construct creative and inclusive hiring strategies to engage, source, evaluate, and hire top early career talent across Figma.
• •Partner closely with leaders and hiring managers across technical and non-technical pipelines.
• •Drive candidate engagement through in-person and virtual events, partnering with stakeholders to create compelling experiences that convert top talent.
• •Create strong and trusting relationships with all cross-functional teams including but not limited to Data Science, Engineering, and People teams (Workplace, Onboarding, BEI, Business Partners).

• •Annual Base Salary Range: $105,000 — $210,000 USD.
