What you'll do
- •Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications to drive user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for Earn products.
- •Explore and develop collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand product offerings and ecosystem reach.
- •Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams, to ensure smooth product operations and effective campaign execution.
- •Monitor daily Earn product performance and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- •Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to achieve assigned business KPIs and growth targets.
- •Track, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives through data analysis, user insights, and feedback.
- •Support the team in managing VIP and institutional clients, and help onboard more clients to Earn products.
- •Develop a strong understanding of Simple Earn mechanisms, especially in the Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.
- •Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Earn, DeFi products.
