What you'll do
- •Maintain accurate records of all gaming equipment and ensure data is updated in relevant systems.
- •Develop and implement strategies for equipment replacement, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- •Provide technical training and support to equipment specialists across studio partners.
- •Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex equipment issues, ensuring operational continuity.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Training, Risk/Surveillance, HR) to ensure smooth integration of processes and compliance.
- •Finalize and maintain technical and regulatory documentation for all equipment.
- •Research, recommend, and advise senior management on acquisition of new or specialized equipment.
