What you'll do
- •Support Partnership: Provide executive and administrative support to 3-4 GTM leaders/teams
- •Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and own complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for leaders
- •Relationship Development: Partner closely with leaders and team both internally and externally, with composure and discretion
- •Meeting Coordination: Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas are tracked and action items are circulated and followed up on
- •Project Management: Execute cross-functional projects, including drafting team-wide communications and managing logistics for All Hands and internal events
- •Travel Planning: Manage complex travel arrangements and coordination
- •Team Connection Logistics: Own end-to-end planning, vendor management, and execution of onsites and team events.
- •Financial Administration: Provide budget oversight and manage expenses across teams
