What you’ll do

Calendar & Meeting Management

  • •Own complex scheduling across multiple senior leaders and stakeholders
  • •Prioritize ruthlessly to ensure time aligns with business impact
  • •Push back when needed to protect focus and optimize leadership bandwidth

Travel & Expenses

  • •Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
  • •Manage expenses through Ramp with accuracy and timeliness

Business Writing

  • •Draft, edit, and refine internal communications, presentations, and leadership updates
  • •Help leaders articulate strategy, summarize meetings, and drive follow-ups
  • •Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous inputs and fast-moving discussions

GTM Operating Rhythm Support

  • •Help keep key meetings, planning cycles, and cross-functional touchpoints on track
  • •Partner closely with Recruiting to ensure interview days run smoothly and efficiently
  • •Support offsite planning for the GTM teams, including venue sourcing, hotel contract negotiations, and travel coordination
  • •Oversee event catering and restaurant reservations, managing budgets and vendor relationships to deliver seamless team-building experiences.
