What you'll do
- •Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with C-level and mission leadership across public-sector accounts.
- •Shape executive thinking on secure data and AI modernization.
- •Lead executive briefings, strategy sessions, and mission workshops.
- •Serve as a deep technical counterpart in the field.
- •Translate recurring customer needs into reusable public-sector reference architectures.
- •Partner with Account Executives and other teams to drive complex platform decisions.
- •Provide structured feedback from strategic public-sector customers into leadership.
- •Mentor senior field engineering talent and help codify playbooks.
- •Represent Databricks externally with senior public-sector audiences.
