What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gaming equipment, hardware, software, and system components.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and identify root causes of technical issues.
  • Install new equipment and conduct site surveys for customer locations.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required service documentation.
  • Support teammates and assist with additional field service activities as needed.
  • Travel to customer sites to perform installations, maintenance, and technical support.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical education preferred.
  • 2+ years of technical field service or customer-facing technician experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills involving hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel extensively between customer locations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and moving gaming equipment using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Flexible to work overtime, evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call support as business needs require.
