What you'll do
- •Own end-to-end design for a customer-facing government/defense product experience.
- •Partner directly with Product as a peer from the earliest stages of a project.
- •Work forward-deployed, on-site with customers, building direct relationships.
- •Design for complex, data-dense workflows: dashboards, mapping interfaces, alerting systems, and analytical reporting tools.
- •Work directly in code alongside engineers.
- •Contribute design assets and interaction patterns back to the broader platform.
- •Help calibrate and grow the design team by participating in portfolio reviews and interviews.
- •Navigate high ambiguity in customer requirements.
Conditions
- •Compensation packages include base salary, equity, and benefits.
- •Base salary range for this full-time position in New York: $230,000 — $270,000 USD.
- •Base salary range for this full-time position in Washington DC: $210,000 — $260,000 USD.
- •Benefits include comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO.
- •Additional benefits may include a commuter stipend.
