What you'll do
- •Investigate ad hoc alerts, anomalies, and suspicious activity flagged by the Detection team or internal systems
- •Identify and assess potential breaches or exploitable gaps in offers, promotions, and incentive structures
- •Analyze fraud-related data to detect organized fraud activity, shared device usage, or suspicious behavioral patterns
- •Support the design, testing, and refinement of automated fraud detection and prevention rules
- •Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the Fraud Prevention Lead, providing detailed evidence and recommendations
- •Document investigation outcomes and share analytical insights to enhance team knowledge and future prevention strategies
- •Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Customer Operations teams to communicate prevention strategies and mitigate emerging threats
