What you will work on

  • Oversee the delivery of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual controlling reports, ensuring high-quality variance analysis and seamless alignment with the organization’s IFRS financial statements
  • Monitor key commercial and operational contracts to ensure financial compliance, tracking commitments, cost allocations, and milestone achievements against budgeted allocations
  • Perform complex recalculations and independent verifications of financial models, provisions, and operational billing data to guarantee data integrity and accuracy
  • Conduct deep-dive operational and financial variance analyses to identify risks, cost drivers, and margin erosion early, proposing proactive remedies and cost-optimization strategies
  • Drive the improvement and automation of controlling processes, reporting tools, and internal financial controls across several finance department to enhance team efficiency and analytical depth
  • Translate complex financial data into concise, actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams, serving as a key finance business partner on special projects and strategic initiatives

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
  • Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) are preferred
  • 5–7 years proven working experience in a related field
  • Analytical & critical thinking skills with acute attention to detail, precision, and the ability to dissect complex financial models and data sets
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability toward deadlines, accuracy, and process execution
  • Agility and resilience to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong practical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and their integration with operational controlling metrics and financial statements
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
