What you'll do
- •Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive the growth and market presence of the company in the country, aligning with global objectives and local market dynamics;
- •Ensure adherence to local regulations and work closely with legal teams to comply with all standards. Coordinate the submission of necessary documentation and approval processes with regulatory bodies;
- •Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and industry associations to influence policy and advocate for favorable regulatory frameworks for the industry;
- •Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the footprint and user base within the country. Lead market entry strategies and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business goals;
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, including customers, partners, media, and community groups. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public speaking engagements to enhance brand visibility;
- •Oversee P&L and daily operations, ensuring the highest level of service and operational efficiency. Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
