• •Build and maintain the local AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions and regulatory compliance framework.
• •Develop, implement and maintain the Pakistan compliance programme.
• •Act as the local MLRO/primary financial crime compliance point of contact.
• •Ensure compliance with applicable Pakistan laws and regulations.
• •Support the PVARA licensing process or ongoing licence obligations.
• •Liaise with relevant Pakistani regulatory and law enforcement stakeholders.
• •Conduct enterprise-wide and product-level AML/CFT risk assessments.
• •Work closely with global and regional compliance teams.
• •Provide compliance advice on new products and operational changes.
• •Deliver training to local staff on compliance matters.
• •Drive continuous improvement of the local compliance framework.
